I am new to suzuki and I found what seems to be a pretty good deal on a 1991 gs500. It appears to be in great shape. It has 131,000 miles on it and I was wondering if there were any quirks with suzuki's with high mileage, or any mechanical problems with suzuki's I might run into and want to consider before buying? Thanks.
The GS500 is a great starter bike. Very reliable and very low maintenance. easy to use, fun, etc. The milage is very high for a bike like that. It might still be ok, but if it would be me I would keep looking. You can find plenty of these bikes with 20K-30K miles.
