The usual amount is about half a liter but things may vary, please tell us as instructed what kind of bike do you have

I think you should replace the front fork completely , they're cheap to find at a scrap yard if you have the eye for good parts

Better replace the fork completely if it is leaking, or else you'll have to refill regularly

I think he solved the problem by now, the post is old
