May 18, 2008 22nd Annual Frank's Ride for Children Press Release Gear up for the 22nd Annual Frank's Ride for Children poker run on Sunday, May 18th. This is Make-A-Wish of Colorado's largest fundraiser and one of Colorado's biggest rides. The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants wishes to children with life threatening medical conditions. This great event begins with breakfast at the American Legion in Longmont, located at 315 S. Bowen Street. It's followed by 100+ miles of road trip through Northern Colorado, with stops along the way to collect a poker hand. The last stop includes a pig roast, BBQ beef and beverages. There will also be live music, drawings, prizes, and those ever popular motorcycle games. For further information, please contact Greg Risedorf at (720) 652-4603 or visit www.frank'srideforchildren.org

Those are our kids this year. Just as always they do the run with us in sidecars with thier families not far behide in a limo in case they start to get tired. But over the Past 22 years we have one yet to be to tired to get out of the sidecar. Some will stay in them at the stops just so they don't loose thier ride. At the end they love to help us out buy handing out the door prizes people win, they enjoy the games we have set up for children. They are the most awesome kids you will ever meet. I hope we can count on some of you to join us. It's a great time..
