Front end bounce Quote | Reply

I own an 02 Kawi Mean Streak 1500.
Since around 2004 with 13k on the odo I have been noticing a front end bounce.
The front wheel bearings were replaced, Steering head bearing replaced, Bike checked
for alignment as well as rotor and wheel runout, all well within spec.
Tires were checked for out of round condition as well as rim balanced separately from
tire then mated and balanced within .50 oz.
Rear shocks were replaced with Progressive 440's.
Front forks were reworked (replaced cartridge and springs and seals as well as low viscosity fork oil from RaceTec) at a company known for motorcycle suspension work, Traxxion Dynamics
and re-checked by another company Computrac.
Bounce smooths out and the bike rides like I was on glass over 55 to 60 mph.
Traxxion still says I have an ongoing Sticksion problem..
The guy at Computrac thinks it a Shock dampening issue.
I am running Avon Storm's front and rear (new) Also have had 3 Avon's on Front
all with the same result..including Dunlop 220's and Bridgestone BT020's
Any thoughts out there as to my problem? Sticksion or Dampening?

interesting mate sounds like you have done everything ,,, my first thought was front forks ,,,,,,,spring rate ,,, oil etc ,,, but it seems that has been done ,,,,just check engine mounts on the bike ,,,,,vibration on the motor can affect engine mounts ,, thus making the front end feel wrong ,,, thus at the higher speed less vibration uuuuuuuummmmmmmm interesting ,,, sorry thats all i have cheers
