I can't start the bike. It won't even turn. Starter seems to be good (had it tested). Last time I started it, I felt like it was running on just two out of four cylinders. I shut it down right away. It never has started ever since. Does anyone know what might be wrong with it? Anyone else had the same problem? And how did you solve it? Thanks.

It is going to be hard to tell... I would take it to your local shop to be checked out. These bikes have a reputation for reliability and endurance so it is very possible you still have many miles left on it. I had a Concours before and loved it!

Thanks for the post. I did go ahead and took all spark plugs out, and poured white vinegar, and let it sit for a week and then tried to turn the cam with a big socket, but no luck. So, now I will be opening the head and look inside as to which cylinder is "sick". Since these cylinders have sleeves, it should not be hard to get another sleeve and lay it inside the cylinder (Am I correct!??), and see if it will go. It has only 9000 miles or less on this engine. So, yeah, I plan on riding it for a while.
