I have a 1993 Suzuki intruder 800,and I keep running in the same problem, after having it checked out by the dealership and two separate mechanics. The rear cylinder will run, but the front will not fire up during idle. I have had the carburetor rebuilt, synchronized, new coils, and plugs. It will run on high idle but and it loads-ups during low idle. Would anyone know what else I could do to fix this problem? Frown

Well it first sounds like carby and still does , plugs are ok, coils ,leads ,only one thing left check for vacumn leaks on the inlet , spray soapy water around the manifolds and check , but still sounds like needle and seats in the carby to me sorry cant help anymore than that
