Hi All
I hope some can help me to solve a problem with a fine.
Today, 26th of May ,I parked my motorbike in Islington Bourough and, because it was raining, I covered my moto.
I knew I was not allowed to park there, but I was late and I left my moto parked knowing that the ward was not allowed to fine it as it was covered.
Unfortunately, after work I find my motorbike with the ticket stack on my left mirror.
What can I do know?paying the ticket or may I appeal the notice??

I am sorry that happened Sarah, but if parking was not allowed there I guess you have no other choice than paying and learning the lesson!
