Broke drivers right footpeg Quote | Reply

I just bought this nice 2001 Concours, and let it fall over in a parking lot breaking off the right drivers footpeg at the bracket (broke in three places) that attaches to the frame. Unsure Replacing the bracket has turned out to be more complicated than expected. Has anyone replaced one of these, or gone through the drill? Is a special wrench required to get at the bolts that are hidden behind the frame? Thanks.
