I am writing to warn others in the Georgia area to beware of a company with the name of Jimssmoto. He professed to be a restorer of vintage bikes as well as new bikes. We had Jimss do work on my husbands V65 Magna 1100cc Honda which is a 1983 bike. Vintage! First owner. WE hired Jimss to restore the bike after seeing first hand the work he had done on other bikes. He was someone that we knew personally and knew of his work. That was 10 months ago. Our bike was to be completed in 10-12 weeks. The bike was to be polished out, painted, pipes done, tune up, seats reappolstered, new windshield, it was going to be new. We paid this man, this company 3200 dollars and and for about 3 weeks he stayed in contact, then he disappeared. No phone or emails and he had moved from his home. We had to go to the sheriffs office and file a complaint when his shop closed and we could not find him or our bike. Finally last week, The sheriff found him and our bike along with some other bikes last week. Our bike is in parts and nothing was done to it. So, if you know this man this business please do not use him. He will take your money and give nothing back to you except your personal property in a tote.
